Therapy for Anxiety

Healing is possible.

Anxiety can show up in many forms — constant overthinking, racing thoughts, difficulty relaxing, irritability, or a lingering sense that something is wrong. It might feel like your mind is always on high alert, making it hard to feel present, connected, or in control. Whether you're dealing with generalized anxiety, panic, social anxiety, or anxiety tied to life transitions or past experiences, you're not alone — and it doesn’t have to stay this way.

In therapy, we’ll work together to understand the roots of your anxiety, explore the thoughts and patterns that keep it going, and develop tools to regulate your nervous system and respond to stress in healthier ways. Over time, you can learn to relate to your anxiety differently — with more self-compassion, clarity, and confidence.

Relief is possible. You can experience more peace, ease, and trust in yourself and your life.

“Being the ‘best you can be’ is only possible when you are deeply connected to another. Splendid isolation is for planets, not people.” - Dr. Sue Johnson

How I Can Help

Therapy for anxiety helps you to identify and challenge negative beliefs that are impacting your life. I have training in EMDR which helps to target these beliefs and work toward healing.
